COVID-19 PROTOCOL
The health and safety of our passengers, partners, and employees is our top priority. We have taken a number of precautionary measures to provide the highest level of protection for our customers and staff.
- Thorough interior wipe down of all high contact touchpoints before & after every ride
- Chauffeurs will all be using personal protective equipment including face masks & gloves
- Removal of all materials in the rear seating area such as bottled water, reading materials, and literature that may be prone to germ retention
- Face masks will be made available to all passengers for which we strongly encourage using while in the vehicle for your chauffeur's protection
- Individually sealed packs of Sterling disinfectant wipes will be made available to all passengers
- Deep cleaning & disinfecting each day
- Continued following the CDC guidelines for for-hire vehicles.
